Judging Workshop - 13th February 2010
A judging workshop has been organised for Saturday 13th February. Details are attached. This maximum number of attendees will be 50. Each club may nominate 6 people, in order of preferece, which may include judges who are members of your club. Each individual club may, if they wish, give preference to their current judges. A separate note for club judges is below.
If the day is over-subscribed, places will be offered according to your club's preference. If your club has previosly submitted names to me, these should be RESUBMITTED in order of preference on the attached form. The time-scale is quite tight and will be adhered to.
The six names from your club should be e-mailed to Billy Leahey before Monday 1st February. The 50 places will then be filled equally between the clubs. Club Secretaries will then be notified of whom will be able to attend. It will be the responsibility of the club Secretaries to notify those people that payment of £20 must be received, by Stephen McWilliams, before Tuesday 9th February. If payment is not received, the place will be forfeited and offered to other club members. The above will only happen if the day is over-subscribed.
