Dundalk Camera Club.

opening

7:00pm, Thursday 7th July

at

ArtCetera Studio

43B Rosemary Street

Belfast

BT1 1QB

The exhibition features one hundred large size monochrome and colour prints, along with a selection of projected digital work by local camera club photographers from around the province.

It is the highlight of the NIPA annual calendar of events celebrating the best in club photography across the NIPA member camera clubs throughout Northern Ireland.

NIPA President Vittorio Silvestri recently commented “Following this year’s Camera Jungle sponsored inter-club series of competitions, which culminated in our Top Print & Projected Image competition at Christian Brothers Past Pupils Camera Club, this exhibition once again shows the extremely high standard of photographic skills by the camera clubs across the country”.

“As an example, in late June NIPA picked up the top monochrome award for its excellent standard of photography in the prestigious Photographic Alliance of Great Britain (PAGB) Inter-federation Championships held at Ashfield Girls School, Belfast with support by NIPA.  This result is a first for NIPA in modern times and is hugely significant for the camera club fraternity throughout Northern Ireland.”

The exhibition award winners will be formally presented on launch night with their certificates along with trophies, medals and ribbons recognising their work.

Thereafter from the Exhibition will be available to view Tuesday to Saturday each week until 27th July (except for 12th & 13th July).
